According to Yonhap News Agency, South Korean international Huang Yizhu illegally filmed sex videos and was sentenced to one year in prison for two years in the second instance.

In February this year, Huang Yizhu was sentenced to one year in prison for two years in the first instance, and he chose to appeal if he was dissatisfied with the verdict. However, after the trial of the second instance court, he was not given a commutation of sentence and the original sentence was upheld. The court stated: "The victim suffered great mental pain. Although the spreading behavior was carried out by someone else (Huang Yizhu's sister-in-law), it was based on the shooting of the defendant (Huang Yizhu). The defendant (Huang Yizhu) was not forgiven by the victim. He denied the crime during the investigation stage and mentioned some information that implied the whereabouts of the victim during his statement to the media. Therefore, the defendant does not apply the standard of commutation of sentence."

Previous investigation showed that Huang Yizhu illegally filmed sex scenes without the victim's consent four times between June and September 2022, and was prosecuted in July last year. Huang Yizhu's sister-in-law Li was sentenced to three years in prison in September last year for illegally spreading sex videos.
