Brighton officially announced the appointment of Jason Ayto as sports director, who will work closely with technical director Mike Cave.

Jason Eto studied at the University of Leicester and is proficient in multiple languages, including Portuguese and Spanish. Aito worked for a startup football club in Chicago and gained years of experience at a sports management company in London. During Norwich's senior youth training recruitment position, Canary won the Youth FA Cup.

After moving from Norwich to Arsenal, he worked at the Gunners for more than 10 years and held multiple technical positions, including serving as assistant to the sports director with Edu. After Edu left office in November last year, he served as interim sports director until May this year.
