According to Valencia's team reporter Héctor Gómez, Arsenal's two transfer offers for Moscrat did not meet Valencia's requirements.

The reporter revealed on a radio program that Arsenal's first offer to Moscarat was less than 10 million euros, and the second offer was slightly higher than 10 million euros, but not to 14-15 million euros. Valencia insists on asking for a price of 20 million euros for Moscra.

21-year-old Moscra has one year left in his contract with Valencia, and his current German turnover is worth 30 million euros.
