According to reports, the Bangkok police received a report alleging that a 34-year-old Chinese man, Ning Liu, stole a cat many times, tortured it until it died, and then abandoned the body in a nearby apartment. The police went to Liu Nan's residence on the 27th and found a cat corpse tied with a rope and hanging on the toilet.
