The Times confirmed that Arsenal has reached a £52 million transfer agreement for Chelsea winger Maduaike.

The 23-year-old England winger is expected to sign for five years and will become the Gunners' fourth signing this summer. Arsenal is also still negotiating with Portugal Sports for striker Yorke.

Arsenal always seeks a direct breakthrough winger, and Maduaike is competent for both wings (although Chelsea mainly plays as the right winger during the period). Maduaike is currently participating in the Club World Cup with the team, but has only started twice. Chelsea won the chance to play in the semi-final victory over Fruminense.

Maduaike was a key player in Chelsea last season, helping the team win fourth place in the Premier League and win the UEFA Champions League, but Chelsea does not object to its departure this summer. Chelsea must first sell players before registering new players due to a settlement agreement in violation of UEFA financial regulations.

If you want to add new players to the Champions League lineup (such as Drapp, Joao Pedro, Gittens and Estewan), Chelsea must achieve "transfer income and expenditure surplus". Bournemouth is negotiating to sign goalkeeper Petrovic, while Matis Amuku will permanently transfer to affiliated club Strasbourg and sign for five years. Amuku only joined Chelsea from Saint-Etienne for £12 million in January this year.

Maduaike started 27 times in the league last season, played 46 games in various competitions, contributing 11 goals and 5 assists.
